Cyber Security Conference

On May 8, 2018, the Center on Policing is co-hosting the Cyber Security Conference at MetLife Stadium with the Urban Area Safety Initiative (UASI), PSE&G, and the New Jersey Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Cell (NJCCIC).  Opening speakers include NJ Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness Director Jared Maples, New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal, and United States Attorney Craig Carpenito.

There will be three panels: “Threat Landscape”, “Public-Private Partnerships”, and “What Companies are Doing to Combat the Threat”.  There will also be a presentation by FBI Supervisory Special Agency Christian Schorle on a case study involving hackers attacking critical infrastructure.  Panelists are from both the public and private sector.

Following the conference, there will be a tour of MetLife Stadium, including a chance to go up into the press box and down to the field.
