On June 22nd the Police Institute Distinguished Lecture Series sponsored by the Motorola Solutions Foundation will host an event with Peter Harvey, Independent Monitor for the Newark Police Department Consent Decree. Currently a partner at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP, Mr. Harvey is a past Attorney General of New Jersey and a former federal prosecutor. Featuring a lecture by Mr. Harvey on “21st Century Urban Policing”, the event will begin at 5 pm at the Rutgers University College Ave Student Center in Multipurpose Room A.
